the idea is that, i'm taking starfleet for accaple that the call everyone in the server to go to sector 001 to defend earth because a fleet of borg ships is entring the system,

or the klingon empire ask everyone captain to go to sector 34 to attack a romulan fleet what's came back from a fight that won against fed. but needs to intersept for a glory for the empire.

will there something like does events come in star trek online?

They have said that events like this will most likely be part of the game.

This is a great idea, and I think that such large scale events have the potential to be truly epic in scale - especially if there ends up being only one server.
