This would all depend on if they put voice recognition in the game and how customizable it would be but how neat would it be to quote some of your favorite ST lines to issue commands. Mine would have to be Cpt. Sulu from ST VI: The Undiscovered Country:
Cpt Sulu:
"Target that explosion and fire!"
Dr. McCoy:
"Lock and Load"

I love "Engage" and then there's "Make it so", "Full torpedo spread", "Energize", "Beam them up", "I'm a doctor, not a <xxx>", and "Aye Captain".

Personally, I like the scene from Star Trek Generations where the Klingon Sisters are attacking the Enterprise after they have the Shield Freq.
Lursa yells "Fire at Will!!!"
Scene cuts to a shot of Riker on the bridge of the Enterprise

In Star Trek... V I think it was, after the shuttle craft makes the "plan B as in barricade" landing, doesn't Chekov say.. "WARP SPEED.... NOW!!". I think that would be more direct. :p
