I have a laptop and im not exactly sure how well it may run this, it can only run Star Trek : Legacy on medium with it running smoothly. I have an X-box 360 and if it will be avalible for that i will be incrediably happy. Also will it be 15$ a month or 30$? also will there be gaming cards possibly? Thanks for any responses in advance

As far as Im aware, nothings set in stone for cosoles, but alot of the threads seem to be pointing at a ps3 relese. As for the price, again, nothings been told yet unfortuatly. I know its not much, but hope it helps?

I'd bet money that they do an Xbox 360 version. The installed userbase is just too big to ignore.

lol what about the installed userbase for the Wii! lol it has usurped both consoles! lol

Sillyness aside I bet on the Xbox 360 to. But mainly because Champions Online is coming out for the Xbox360.

Ps3 while it's horsepower is awesome, they lack the polish the Xbox Live network has.

chances are it will be on pc, xbox 360 and the ps3 the developers have plenty of time to sort out any issues on any of the platforms even on the ps3. plus sony are looking for developers to release MMO on the ps3. with regards to the subscription fee it will probably be same price regardless of platform and for the consoles you can have an ingame menu option to access your sto account on cryptics servers where you can store your credit/debit card details or even pay online if they include the console version for online payment service such as paybycash.

If it comes out for consoles at all I'd bet it would be 360. I doubt it'll be all 3. First, Wii doesn't allow for communication, so that's out. PS3 maybe, but I think Cryptic and Sony are competitors. I don't see any cross-platform play working out there. Cryptic and Microsoft already have a partnership deal going on Champions Online, with cross-platform play included, so I would see it more likely in XBox 360 than elsewhere.

Even though I own a 360 and would much rather play on my couch than in my office, I don't want to see this game be less than what it could be just so it's playable with a 360 controller.

As far as I'm concerned, if we have to sacrifice anything for a console version, forget it.

I can pretty much guarantee that it won't come out of the Wii. There's no place to save patches.

Cryptic is a pseudo competitor with Sony Online Entertainment, but that doesn't affect business relationships with Sony Computer Entertainment. But the business world is weird like that. As an example, Toshiba was a major backer for HD-DVD which was in competition with Sony's Blu-ray. But Toshiba also helped design the Cell processor used by the PS3 and bought Sony's Cell processor fabrication plants. So companies can compete is one area but play nice in another. It's all about makin money.:)

I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to come up with something. They are known for coming up with all kinds of weird crap that plug into their controllers or consoles. Anybody remember the Microphone for the N64 that plugged into the memory card slot?
After all they do you wireless controllers. Why not a wireless Mic? That little speaker in that Wii-mote could be used as a speaker. All speakers are capable of being microphones too. Not the best mics in the world but yes they can retrieve sound.

But I see the Wii not being used purely on lack of graphical horsepower. But damn I want to use my Wii-mote to fire a phaser! lol

Nintendo is also notorious for being difficult to deal with for third party developers.

Honestly id say 360 is a very safe bet, ps3 is much less predictible because microsoft runs xbox and windows pc while sony runs ps3. so its really a guess

Build a PC in a small shuttle box with a HDTV out and Xbox 360 controllers. Boom! it's a PC Console!
Strip out everything not needed to play games and your good!
