Being Spy, more like gathering enemy's ship information or follow other play and listen their conversation using different gadgets,
Being as sabotager, this would mean being wearing enemy clothes, being inside the ship and sabotage when your fleet attacks the enemy and you sabotage their engine and shield that would make the strategy faster and stronger and smarter way.
Does anyone has any other idea for person to be something and do things like spy or sabotager, ofcourse we have like Medic or engineer.
We might even need more different things to do in game don't we.

I would say faction like the Cardassians and Romulans would have special classes like a Obsidian Order member or Tal Shiar. Maybe the Federation could have a special Section 31 member.

they will have Cardassians and Romulans and other races but I think it will be same classes as humans and others, they might have same things like human classes but they might have other classes that human don't have that other races have!

The Klingons have a secert agency too, It's only called Klingon Intelligence, but they played a role in Trek Lore. Here is a little history on where they were seen in the TV shows from the Wiki.
Klingon Intelligence was the intelligence gathering agency of the Klingon Empire responsible for conducting espionage and covert activities. Agents who fail to accomplish their mission are dishonored and frequently exiled from the Empire. (DS9: "Visionary", "Trials and Tribble-ations")
Arne Darvin was an agent in Klingon Intelligence, surgically altered to appear Human. He was assigned in 2268 to poison a shipment of quadrotriticale bound for Sherman's Planet. Darvin's identity was discovered when a tribble reacted to him. (TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles"; DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations")
In 2371, Klingon Intelligence sent agents Bo'rak, Atul, and Morka to Deep Space 9 to observe a Romulan delegation being briefed by Starfleet concerning the Dominion. They planted a surveillance device near the briefing room, by modifying a replicator into a transporter. Their identities were exposed after Miles O'Brien witnessed himself being killed by the surveillance device's booby-trap mechanism in the future. (DS9: "Visionary")
In 2372, Klingon Intelligence had discovered that the Cardassian planet Loval was the site of a secret weapons research facility, which led a Klingon Bird-of-Prey to attack the planet. (DS9: "Return to Grace")

I hadn't really thought of Spy as a Star Trek concept, but it fits well enough. I can't see Federation having a Saboteur class, but infiltrating an organisation (like Tuvok did with the Maquis) isn't out of the question. You could use in-game chat to chat to Federation allies as you fight alongside others against them.
It'd certainly be interesting second guessing who could be an enemy, and would give any Captain something to watch for. Though I can't see your entire crew just agreeing, should you try to attack someone in the same faction.

Cardassian planet has some super secret ships building now, not sure what but that would make interest find it!
Yes Tuvok was as in star trek voyager in star trek voyager part 1 and 2 who he was as spy send by captain Janeway to investigate and gather infromation of Maquis rebellion..
We might have that opportunity doit in game, spying on others, well its game and I know spying on other is risky but its interesting.
I forgot to mention that we should also have as classes Assassin: Sneak, Shadow, Professional sniper shooter , and smart.
Think like this I am assassin and I was told to go in this planet and wait for another enemy ship coming and will land with their captain, their captain might came for meet someone like allience and have power working together and I must stop it by killing him with the sniper the captain and they would think that they been betrayed by their allience and they will shoot eachother that be funny!

Spying sounds cool which is where the Bird of Prey would come in with its defined role as a scout. Sabatoge sounds fun!
Let the drawback be that if you catch a spy or saboteur in your faction space then it is an open declaration of war and the Klingon's move in to take your stuffz and shoot the pvers! That should teach the Fedrats a lesson!

Flying through those stars, I dont enjoy the thought of keeping one eye on the view screen while keeping the other peeled for a covert opperative. It would make several people paraniod, and would certainly increase the use of medical tricorders.
It would be difficult to impliment for CS, unless you personally create another account and use it to worm your way into another faction or forums.
Hmm... sinister minds...

not really, being spy and looking at your eye at the ship enemy's and they might have secret base or place to hide or meeting point, if someone being spying in like that they would gather information of enemy's they are with.
You might not like it but others would have be interest of it.
We got different classes: Soldier: Engineer: Medic: Spy: Assassin: Trader: Scientist:
Not all of us be in one classes would we, ofcourse not, we have multiple choice for it!

I may not enjoy the thought ninjakiller1, but do understand for some to employ the use of such...
I myself would perhaps enjoy using a decoy NCP or alternate avator to damage the rank, mission or stance of another indevidual should they be a direct threat ingame...
We are all the Devils avocate, we just need the right leverage ninjakiller1
