I would be interesting if we will actually visit an Alien Planet that is advanced industrially and has steel buildings and futuristic cities.
Most Trek places we can expect will be village-like, as in this Vulcan screenshot.

But for example, this screenshot from the episode "Dear Doctor" From "Enterprise"

I would wonder if we will be able to visit futuristic cities like the second picture. That would make the game feel more like a sci-fi MMO rather than a fantasy MMO. SWG did not have very many futuristic cities, but that game just mostly sucked anyway.

Curious how a Vulcan village has Klingons....

It'd definitely be cool to see both types of cities and everywhere in between. It would really add another layer of culture on top of the species that you visit, and you can see what they're like just by their architecture.
However...in the 1st picture bottom left corner, are those Klingons hanging around log cabins! o.o

I Stand Corrected, the first picture must be a Klingon village, not a Vulcan village. Those Klingons were pretty small, threw me off guard there.
But point taken, both Klingon and Vulcan homeworlds are hardly futuristic, they could be taken right out of Lord of the Rings.
Will we see alien settings that actually look futuristic?

I think so i mean its easier to make in a game than in a show so.

I definitely want to see a lot of futuristic type cities, but I do not think that every single city should be futuristic since there are inevitably some cultures that aren't as civilized.

Each city should be crafted to reflect the culture which it stands for.
Advanced, clean, intelligent, orderly specie should have nice, advanced, clean, orderly, semiautomated cities.
And warlike societies should have war-scarred cities. It would be nice, actually, if when we beamed down to cities and stuff, it was like we were going to a real city, Berlin, for instance, and you could see the history of the city.
Here, there's a new, advanced building, and 20 feet away you can see a peice of the city's history, in the Grafitti on the wall left before and during the Rusian / US Occupations.

Just because there are Klingons there, doesn't make it their homeworld. I think they're probably exploring or raiding.

.....exploring or raiding? Aren;t those the same to a Klingon?

My mistake. I imagine in Klingon they are probably the same word.

My mistake. I imagine in Klingon they are probably the same word.
That word probably constitutes the vast majority of verbs in their language.....
